To secure your spot in our vegan culinary school, we require a deposit of ₹80,000 / $1,000. The remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks before your batch begins. Once payment is received, your enrolment is confirmed and your seat is reserved.

It takes a lot of effort to find a replacement at the last moment. Please let us know any change of plan at the earliest. Cancellation Policy: 1. We refund 100% of the amount 30 days before the start of the course. 2. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund. 3. In case of a genuine emergency, we’re happy to move you to a future batch, subject to availability. Just reach out to us as early as you can. Note: For International students, the amount refunded will be what we receive in INR in our accounts minus any conversion charges in sending back the money. Expect a 5-7% deduction. All expenses will be shared transparently.

No, staying in our accommodation is not mandatory during your plant-based cooking course. You are welcome to arrange your own stay in Goa. However, as our accommodation has limited availability, we recommend booking early to secure your spot.

Yes, we help every graduate secure an internship as part of their vegan culinary career. We often receive more internship offers than we have students. While we present all available opportunities to you, the final decision rests between you and the establishment.

This varies by establishment and is confirmed directly between you and the employer. Duration and compensation differ — our role is to make the introduction and support your transition into the plant-based food industry.

After completing our hands-on vegan culinary course, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from The Vegan School. This credential is a recognised proof of your plant-based cooking training.

Yes, we offer scholarships for international students under the age of 25 who are still studying or unemployed. We believe access to quality vegan culinary education should not be limited by financial barriers.

Yes, all instruction is in English. That said, if you ever find something difficult to follow, our faculty also speaks Hindi and is happy to explain it to you in Hindi. But, a basic understanding of English is needed.

Every batch is capped at 14 students. This is intentional. A small group means more hands-on cooking, personal attention from your instructor, and a genuinely immersive plant-based culinary experience.

For most countries, a tourist e-Visa works just fine — it's simple, done entirely online, and usually comes through in 3–4 days. If your country doesn't have the e-Visa facility, you'll need to visit your nearest Indian consulate. Any document required will be provided by the school
