Nisha Garg

Chef - Instructor

Nisha has over 10 years of experience working in kitchens around the world. She has a diploma in plant-based cooking. She has also worked at Vaxthuset a renowned plant-based fine dining restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden. She is a passionate chef and teaches with lots of patience.

The vegan school is one of the first vegan culinary course in India & I made the best decision of my life to do this course. Both the owners, Ashish sir & chef Nisha herself have designed this course from scratch. They are so passionate about their work that their main priority is the comfort of the students. Everything is designed and placed so perfectly from the kitchen counters to the pantry. Not a single day we felt there is something missing from the pantry  that we require.  The visiting faculties for the dessert week, fermentation, sourdoughs were also really good. I would definitely recommend this course to someone who is really passionate about cooking & want to learn daily vegan cooking.
