DAILY LIFE
Classes run from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a short lunch break in between. Each day is structured for maximum learning—mornings focus on theory, nutrition, and small-scale practice, while afternoons are dedicated to elaborate cooking sessions. Your chef demonstrates each lesson — then you cook it yourself. You'll receive a weekly schedule and course booklet in advance so you're always prepared.
Throughout the program, guest lecturers join for specialised topics, bringing fresh perspectives from the vegan food world.
Small batches of just 14 students mean you're never lost in the crowd. You get direct feedback, personal guidance, and space to experiment freely.

POST COURSE
Your graduation dinner — and everything after.
At the end of the program, you and your fellow students prepare a sit-down dinner for invited guests. It's your first real test — and it's always a moment to remember.
After graduation, the path is yours. Our students have gone on to open cafés, work in vegan restaurants around the world, launch cloud kitchens, create content, run workshops, and build food businesses. Some simply cook stunning meals for their families every day. All of it is valid. All of it matters.
We also help place graduates in vegan internships at restaurants that match your personality and goals.
